Anchor to Presence is a 60 minute guided online breathwork session designed to help you slow things down and come back to centre.
No deep work. No pressure. Just space to breathe and reset.
You’ll be guided through simple, down regulating breath patterns with sound and voice to help settle your system and clear the noise.
What you’ll experience:
• Guided breathwork to calm the body
• Simple techniques to slow racing thoughts
• A structured reset without overthinking it
• Time to disconnect from the outside world
