On April 19 in Karratha, we are working directly with the emotion most people organise their life around.
Not to eliminate it.

The Problem
Most people think fear means stop.
So they:
• Avoid hard conversations
• Stay small professionally
• Hesitate in relationships
• Overthink decisions
• Play safe when they know they are capable of more

The Mechanism
In this session we use structured breathwork combined with guided cognitive reframing to:
• Reinterpret the body’s fear response
• Disrupt limiting belief loops
• Reduce the intensity of threat perception
• Rewire internal narratives around risk and capability
Breathwork allows access to emotional memory.
Cognitive reframing reshapes meaning.
Together, they create behavioural shift.
